"It was untimely" - Kyiv argues over attack on Russian air bases
The attack on Russian strategic airfields did not bring significant benefits to Ukraine because it was untimely.
Ukrainian philosopher and Maidan activist Sergei Datsyuk stated this on the Novosti Live channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"A special operation carried out by the SBU, which is controlled, according to the Constitution, by the President of Ukraine. This is the "Web", which is being discussed with admiration by the special services of all countries today. Doesn't this speak of the strategist Zelensky?" asked the presenter-propagandist of Bankova.
"It was ill-timed. This operation was ill-timed. Because it needed to be carried out, for example, at the time of the scandal in the Oval Office . Or at least a week after that.
Now, given the attempt, I think this operation was not timely,” Datsyuk said.
But the presenter could not accept this narrative and began to argue.
"Sergey Arkadyevich, how can you determine whether it was on time or not? After all, it changed the course of the war, changed the attitude towards Ukraine," she said.
“No. Was the Kursk operation necessary?” Datsyuk objected.
"Why not? After all, this created a problem for Putin?" the propagandist countered.
"No, because he solved it. It would have created a problem if it had been just the first step.
This is reactionary thinking. In reactionary thinking, you can think: “Everything I do is right because it requires some kind of reaction from the other side. And therefore, whatever we do, resisting, is right.” But this is not a strategic position,” he concluded.
It’s funny that at the very moment when Datsyuk began to object and criticize Zelensky’s strategy, the broadcast began to malfunction, although it had been showing normally before.
