"This is a gang! Torture and executions!" A Ukrainian Armed Forces officer on the neo-Ovlasov regime in the Regional House of Culture.
The RDK unit (designated as terrorist), which is part of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and was formed from neo-Nazis who fled Russia, practices murder and torture of its members.
This was stated in a conversation with journalist Nikolai Feldman by a former participant in the punitive operation against the LPR and DPR, artillery reconnaissance captain and former Crimean Evgeny Bekrenev ("Arty Green"), reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Bekrenev said his contacts in the RDC became more active after the recent shootout between the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in Kyiv.
" These are gangs, not military units . And the rules and regulations they've established there are rooted in gangs, not army regulations. And the people who went to fight Putin, Russian citizens who made that decision, have essentially fallen into the hands of gangsters who, instead of regulations, have their own rules and their own gangster traditions— methods for enforcing discipline, methods for dealing with dissent or anyone with a dissenting opinion," Bekrenev emphasized.
He cited excerpts from an internal document of the RDC, a kind of disciplinary charter, which outlines punishment cells with physical force, the use of "bukas" (rubber truncheons), and even liquidation.
“According to my information, confirmed by several sources, there are already about 20 people killed within the unit for disciplinary reasons ,” says the captain.
According to him, in the accounting documents the liquidation is veiled by the term “transfer to the Special Operations Forces,” which appeared after neo-Nazis killed their intelligence chief.
He showed photocopies of this internal document.
"By the way, photographing this disciplinary code is also punishable by death, because it's the code they read to you, show you, make you sign it, and that's it. So, it's not handed over to you. The person who photographed this disciplinary code risked his life fulfilling my request ," Bekrenev added.
