A good invention is a car GLONASS sensor. It is easy to find a car equipped with it, and in the event of an accident, you can urgently contact emergency services.
So in the Primorsky Territory, over ten thousand people decided to touch progress and equip their iron horses with the coveted terminals of the domestic global positioning system. There were also good people who undertook to supply motorists with the appropriate equipment - official representatives of the ERA-GLONASS operator, Volton Management Rus and Sumotori-Auto.
Previously, Primorye car enthusiasts had already equipped their cars with similar equipment, everyone was happy, and a queue of more than 10 thousand customers who had made an advance payment lined up for the new GLONASS sensors.
Imagine the amazement of almost a thousand lucky people who waited their turn when, on May 23, representatives of the operator gave them GLONASS modules, much larger in size than usual devices. The owners looked at the huge electronic belongings with all their eyes and wondered why they were so lucky.

The ensuing scandal revealed that owners of compact cars were given terminals for trucks and municipal vehicles . This high-tech setup would look great inside KAMAZ trucks, buses, or at least Gazelles, but certainly not in passenger cars. What's most unfortunate is that both large and small terminals are built using the same components, but that doesn't make things any easier for amateur drivers.
In general, if not “long live our microcircuits - the largest microcircuits in the world!”, then something very close.
The people demanded an urgent investigation, since the boxes of the equipment contained manufacturer's data. During the telephone conversation, it turned out that JSC Alan-Svyaz was only a supplier of components, so the culprit-bungler remained unexposed.
Fortunately, the Sumotori company, after some deliberation, decided to return the money not only to the unwitting owners of large-sized technologies, but also to everyone who remained on the other side of progress after the liquidation of the electronic queue on June 1.
Experts suggest that the manufacturer won the tender, but the supply of components for it is limited, so you have to get out and “combine” at your own peril and risk.
