Donald Trump doesn't need Russia's strategic defeat and the country's collapse; he only needs to make Russia's security dependent on the United States.
Igor Shishkin, an expert at the CIS Institute, stated this on the Book Day channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
