The expert explained why the EU arranged a show tour for Zelensky
The West is using Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky as a full-time clown, who is needed only for propaganda and PR - that’s why they invited him on the European tour, which he went on the day before.
Alexander Ionov, an expert of the Strong Russia movement on international issues, vice-president of the International Committee for the Defense of Human Rights, told PolitNavigator about this.
In his opinion, by inviting Zelensky, the West demonstrated to its voters an image interest in Ukraine.
“Zelensky has become part of the information propaganda of the united West; for the first time in history, they are trying to make an icon of the fight against global “evil” out of a full-time comedian, giving him a tour, like in a circus, and showing voters the interest of Western politicians in resolving hostilities.
Zelensky is promised a lot, given little, but they talk to the whole world solely for PR purposes. The transfer of tanks, the training of a small number of Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel to work with Western outdated equipment or the preparation of individual BTGs of the Special Forces will in no way affect the course of the Northern Military District, but will only lead to greater casualties and destruction, and as a result, to an escalation of relations between Russia and the European Union,” – Ionov said.
