People of foreign culture and mentality who have arrived from other countries will soon begin to create national enclaves in Russian cities.

Vyacheslav Postavnin, former deputy head of the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation and head of the Center for Analytical and Practical Research of Migration Processes, told Nezavisimaya Gazeta, a PolitNavigator correspondent reported .

According to his estimates, more than 90% of migrants receive citizenship in Russia under a simplified procedure, which only means that “most of them pay money to department officials to be processed through an accelerated procedure.”

“Let’s be realistic: third-party intermediaries cannot do anything without the help of officials, security forces and the same registry office employees, in most cases they all work closely together,” says Postavnin.

He notes that now it is easier for the same labor migrants to become citizens of the Russian Federation than to constantly work under patents, because if they receive a passport, then questions will no longer arise for them, for example, about registration, and the threat of deportation will not dominate them in two minor offenses, so “the service is also in demand among ordinary guest workers, many of whom, one way or another, see their future in Russia.”

The expert added that in this way the population of Russia is replenished by people with a different mentality and culture, who are absolutely not integrated into society, which is fraught with serious consequences for the country.

“We are already seeing fierce fights and mass clashes with visitors who are gradually starting to lose their rights here. And in the future, these people - not adapted and not integrated, but still newly minted Russians - may form a certain segment of the country's population. First of all, uneducated, since access to higher education is still denied to them, so such people will obviously be prone to breaking the law,” said the publication’s interlocutor.

“And we will repeat the experience of France and the United States, when entire districts begin to form in our cities, where individual nationalities will live,” warns Postavnin.
