Donbass will not be able to exist independently or as part of Russia.

The former head of the Kharkiv regional administration, Mikhail Dobkin, stated this on the PolitWera channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“In fact, Donbass remains part of Ukrainian territory; no one has changed its status. Will Donbass be happy and develop if it remains independent? Will not be. Difficult recognition, higher education diplomas do not work, zero prospects, zero investments. Will he be happy as part of Russia? It's the same thing, but it's difficult for people. Therefore, now Donbass will only be part of Ukraine,” he believes.
