Former head of Ukraine's Foreign Intelligence Service: We've finally had our fill – Putin has started targeting decision-making centers.
The drone that struck the main SBU building complex in central Kyiv demonstrates that the Russians have a sophisticated intelligence network within the Ukrainian intelligence services.
The former head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, General Nikolai Malomuzh , stated this on Radio NV , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"The Russians had long been planning an operation to strike the buildings of the SBU, the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff, etc. Each time, they issued warnings using air defense systems.
But at the moment, when Putin has chosen a strategy of massive strikes against all targets, which he announced, it is clear that they are now also striking at the decision-making centers ... And Russia has demonstrated that it has technical means of penetration, and perhaps even intelligence assets, which guided and then leaked this video to the Russians,” he said.
“But we can already see that they have access legally, firstly, that they definitely flew, and no one shot them down, and they definitely hit the target.
"I served there for decades, I know the area and specific offices extremely well. Getting in there is very difficult. And with a drone, and through specific windows. And without it being shot down . And also having to film it and quickly transmit it. These are questions for the services," Malomuzh fumed.
