Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister: "The Polish Defense Ministry despises us."
Poland's refusal to hand over decommissioned aircraft to Ukraine is a demonstration of contempt for Kyiv.
Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin stated this on the Liga channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"I'm very irritated—I wanted to say concerned, but that would be too diplomatic—by statements from some representatives of the Ministry of Defense at the deputy minister level, saying that we're not handing over old Soviet aircraft to you because you haven't handed over some drone technology," the former minister complained.
According to him, such statements from Warsaw are perceived negatively in Ukraine.
"I would call it a mixture of contempt, some kind of internal game, and a desire to absolve oneself of political responsibility. And thirdly, some element of mockery," Klimkin said.
