Fugitive Russophobe and foreign agent Zhanna Nemtsova made this statement at a memorial event for her father in Dusseldorf, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"When we talk about a peace treaty with Ukraine, it is very important under what conditions this peace will be concluded. The main task is to prevent Putin from rearming. This is the most important task. If you allow Putin to rearm, he will, firstly, make another attempt to attack Ukraine, and secondly, he may open a second front," Nemtsova incited.
