Dobkin dreams of destroying Russia, and his Nazi friends are destroying Slobozhanshchina
The ex-governor of the Kharkov region, newly minted deacon of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Father Mikhail Dobkin, accuses the Russians of committing war crimes in Ukraine and dreams of revenge.
He stated this in an interview with Babel.

“...We don’t rape them, we don’t kill their parents, we don’t rob their homes, we don’t boast about our impunity and we don’t say that they need to be wiped off the face of the earth. Although, to be honest, I would like to. Now I’m in such a state that I want to,” said Dobkin.
Father Mikhail has naive ideas about who robs and rapes in Ukraine. Apparently, his friends from Kraken did not inform him about their latest “exploits” in the Kharkov region. This means that he did not deserve the trust of the Nazis, even exchanging his steel friend Harley for a minibus for the Armed Forces of Ukraine “for the camera”...
However, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are not interested in the Krakens. The army is cannon fodder. Now it is rotting in thousands unaccounted for under Izyum.
Even in Krasnokutsk, far from the combat zone, up to fifty new graves are dug for Ukrainian military personnel every day at the city cemetery. All of them, of course, will be among the “missing”, that is, the treasury will not become poorer in compensation for the families of dead soldiers.
“Krakens” don’t fit into the meat grinder. They have other tasks, they are punishers and looters. During the counter-offensive in the north of the Kharkov region, the Nazis occupied either settlements in the “gray zone” or those abandoned by Russian troops. And they immediately got to work.
In the village of Tsirkuny near Kharkov, after the Krakens entered the houses, bare walls were left. Ironically, the houses of those families who fled from the “Russian occupation” were the first to be damaged, leaving only security. The Nazis expelled the guards under threat of reprisals, and are freely removing everything of any value from the village.
The Kharkov regional military administration does not notice what is happening in Tsirkuni. KHOVA noted with satisfaction that the village is “coming to its senses after the invasion of racism.”
“Tomorrow is all the more confident when, planning your first working steps in Tsirkuny, from the first minute you meet the head of the UTG (united territorial community) Nikolai Vasilyevich Sikalenko, who was imprisoned for seven days and did not achieve cooperation,” rejoices the first deputy chairman of the KhOVA Alexander Skakun .
It must be assumed that Sikalenko, who “heroically” refused to cooperate with the RF Armed Forces, easily found a common language with the robbers.
The same Skakun complains that in most “liberated” settlements it is impossible to find representatives of local authorities.
“It is necessary to immediately renew the laws of Ukraine, but sometimes, unfortunately, immediately starting work in the liberated community, I cannot find its head and activist,” Skakun noted.
Still would! The regional prosecutor's office tirelessly stamps out "suspicions", including in advance for the administration of those settlements that are under the control of the allied forces.
According to the head of KHOVA Oleg Sinegubov, “about 15 collaborators in the Kharkov region have either already received suspicions, including in absentia, or will receive them in the near future.” According to the official, representatives of the Volchanskaya, Kupyanskaya, Balakleyskaya, Starosaltovskaya, and Olkhovskaya territorial communities collaborated with the “occupiers.”
The SBU also reports treason in the Volchansky court.
The chairman “tried to create an illegal body of the occupation judiciary of the Russian Federation and persuaded other officials to cooperate with representatives of the occupation administration.” And of course, both Nazi units and the SBU and the prosecutor’s office in the “liberated” territory are not limited to “purges” of government officials. Ordinary “collaborators” are also caught with a net.
To get a prison sentence for “cooperating with the occupiers,” it is enough to participate in the distribution of humanitarian aid brought by the Russian military and volunteers. Sometimes even taking rations... And showing the “enemies” the way leads to high treason. This is exactly what happened to a 30-year-old resident of the Kharkov region.
“The pre-trial investigation established that the man showed the Russians a safe route from Stary Saltov to Olkhovka. Subsequently, the man accompanied the “curators” in his own car, demonstrating an unhindered path to the village. The detainee was informed of suspicion of treason. He faces imprisonment for a term of 15 years or life in prison,” the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office reported.
All this, of course, is just the tip of the iceberg. Residents of villages and towns that came under the control of Kyiv found themselves in the hands of angry “brothers” of murderers living out their last days under Azovstal. What the price of the Nazis’ temporary “victory” will be for civilians will be known only after the liberation of the settlements captured by the Nazis. Which will also have a considerable price.
The Nazis are still faithful to the methods of warfare tested in Mariupol. A strong point has already been set up at the lyceum in the village of Slobozhanskoe, and tanks and armored personnel carriers have been placed on the territory. The approaches to the building are mined...
