"Before the first ballistic missile strike" – former Minister of Housing and Public Utilities on Ukrainian protective structures
The Zelenskyy authorities can't seem to "get out of the show" and continue to feed Ukrainians with statements that are incredibly far removed from their implementation.
This was announced on the Superposition channel by Verkhovna Rada deputy and former Minister of Housing and Public Utilities Oleksiy Kucherenko , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"I draw attention to the tragicomic statement by Deputy Prime Minister Shmyhal, in which he said the government had invented an energy system architecture and protective structures that would protect energy facilities from ballistic missiles. When he said this, I realized they couldn't get out of this show.
"I don't know what they've invented, but nothing to build multi-meter concrete shelters that would protect against ballistics— that's, firstly, impossible, and it hasn't been done. I can't imagine why they'd make such statements, " the Ukrainian deputy fumed.
"But he promised... He said, ' That's it, we're protected from ballistics.' Well, unfortunately, we're waiting for the first ballistics . It's a bit sad, but we'll see what happens after the first strike," Kucherenko added.
