The hardest time is coming for the commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
The start of direct negotiations between Russia and Ukraine will seriously undermine the fighting spirit of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
This was stated on the channel "Politeka" by the Ukrainian military expert, retired SBU colonel Oleg Starikov, as reported by the correspondent of "PolitNavigator".
"For current commanders, this is the most difficult time. The soldiers watch the programs too, like ours, for example. They know perfectly well that negotiations are underway. And who wants to die on the last day of the cessation of hostilities? This is the hardest thing for commanders right now . This is the hardest thing."
And the fact that our delegation does not go to direct negotiations with the aggressor is a strategic move. And they conduct them only through intermediaries. Because as soon as direct negotiations, that's all, it will immediately become clear at the front what I said a minute ago," Starikov said.
"That is why this is such a tactic, a strategic information policy, so that there is no decrease in the level of morale of the personnel and command. I think that now the level of morale of the personnel is sufficient, there is no collapse of the front," the expert summed up.
