US diplomacy is interested in the Kharkov offensive of the Russian Federation - Ukrainian expert
With its offensive in the Kharkov region, Russia is showing prospects for Kharkov itself and is forcing Ukraine to move to peace negotiations under pressure, including from the war-weary West.
Ukrainian military expert Dmitry Snegirev expressed this opinion on the air of the online blog “News Live”, reports a correspondent "PolitNavigator".
According to Snegirev, the culmination of this should take place by mid-June, and then the United States will actively become involved in the settlement process, apparently in order to catch the election of the American president.
“They need to show a possible scenario for the capture of Kharkov, and not capture it. That is, to explain to President Zelensky: “Look, if you do not agree with our plan for peace negotiations...”, which, by the way, is actively being pursued by the President of Turkey, the Western media are actively promoting the possibility of a negotiation process.
