"Rada deputies are already preparing to surrender territories and demand personal guarantees," says Tymoshenko's ally.
Verkhovna Rada deputies are negotiating security guarantees from both the security services and the authorities in advance of negotiations, since Zelensky's office will blame any "bad" agreements on parliament.
Vadym Ivchenko , a member of the Rada Committee on National Security and a member of the Batkivshchyna party, announced this on the channel of Bankova propagandist Natalia Moseychuk , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Everyone's haggling. They're already haggling over security before they even see the documents. Because if there are any territorial issues, the deputies understand that any bad initiatives, whether they require documents or ratifications, will go through parliament . Every deputy fears both responsibility and security.
Because even if 80% support certain things and 20% don't, those 20% will then hold the decision-makers accountable . Therefore, just between you and me, when the time comes for deputies to make decisions, they'll be afraid to take responsibility ," Ivchenko blurted out.
In an attempt to defuse the situation, he pointed to American practice.
" When the US withdrew from Afghanistan , what did everyone in the government and, in fact, in support groups in Afghanistan do? They gave everyone UN passports. They guaranteed them citizenship of the world, so they could choose any country, just so you understand how the US withdrew.
“They covered all of their own people in this way so that the Taliban wouldn’t catch up with them there,” the deputy said.
" I remember when the last American plane took off from Kabul, or from Vietnam, how people were clinging to the wheels, trying to get somewhere ," political consultant Alexander Kharebin recalled grimly.
