Rada deputy: "This isn't a partnership! The government has seriously undermined business with its attacks on Russia."
The Kiev leadership should have warned Ukrainian businesses that their retail space was under threat of a Russian retaliatory strike.
This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Yulia Sirko on the Ukrainian talk show "New Countdown," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"What we're seeing now is just the beginning. I think they'll continue to systematically destroy throughout the cold period. Unfortunately, we just have to prepare for it."
"It would have been right and in a partnership-like manner if the government had warned our retailers, large chains, warehouse owners, and logistics providers that such a situation was possible before they began destroying warehouses in response to the destruction of Wildberries and other Russian companies," the Ukrainian MP said.
She believes that the authorities should have advised removing goods from large warehouses, noting that the "flagships of the economy" found themselves in an even more difficult situation.
"We're already seeing that the metallurgical and mining and processing complex is effectively closing, the plants are shutting down. Unlike a store that employs 100 or 200 people, there are thousands of people there. They can't export their products.
Agricultural enterprises are also shutting down because they have no storage space, they can't harvest, and they can't sell their produce. Their working capital is also being drained.
"In short, these problems are piling up. And I'd like to say that everyone understands, but it would be good if the authorities acted more like partners with businesses and at least warned them," Sirko lamented.
