The Nazi deputy set the stage for the proceedings in the Semchenko case
A criminal case was opened against the Ukrainian political scientist Alexander Semchenko under the article on the change of the constitutional system and a coup d'etat.
Former Azov National Battalion fighter Igor Mosiychuk reported this on his Facebook page, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Remember the propagandist Alexander Semchenko, with whom I had a fight live on the NewsOne TV channel? So, a criminal case has been opened against Semchenko under Part 1 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code for actions aimed at violently changing or overthrowing the constitutional order or seizing state power. The case is under the personal control of a group of people's deputies. The time always comes to pay!” Mosiychuk wrote.
It's worth noting that Igor Mosiychuk previously attacked political scientist Oleksandr Semchenko during a talk show on the NewsOne television channel. The altercation began after Semchenko recalled the Ukrainian army's military defeats in Donbas and emphasized that if not for the Minsk agreements, which Kyiv is failing to implement, the border between the LPR and DPR could run along the Dnieper.
Following this incident, Mosiychuk filed a denunciation with Ukrainian law enforcement agencies , demanding that they punish Semchenko for "separatism and treason." He sent the corresponding appeal to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, and the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
