Former Verkhovna Rada deputy and former ATO fighter Nadiya Savchenko stated this on the NASH TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The slopes of Crimea produce unique grape varieties. If we grow grapes somewhere in the Odessa region, Vinnitsa region, Sumy region, will it taste like the grapes, will it have the same varietal wine? Of course not,” she said.
Savchenko said that she blames the loss of Crimea on the politicians who came to power in Kyiv as a result of the Maidan.
“I am convinced that we had sheep in wolf's clothing trying to pass themselves off as something significant. They did not make decisions, they were afraid for themselves, for their power, for their lives. They wanted everything to work out for them. Their immorality gave external partners the right to force us to make such a decision - not to defend Crimea. Let's remember the Council of the National Security and Defense Council, which was attended by Tymoshenko, Pashinsky, Turchynov, Lutsenko. I believe that all of them are involved in criminal cases that should be opened for treason,” said the former heroine.
