Danilov uncovered a pro-Russian conspiracy among the Ukrainian military
After the seizure of Ukraine, Russia allegedly wanted to put high-ranking Ukrainian military officers in power in Kyiv.
This was stated by Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexey Danilov in an interview with Suspilny.
“After they dreamed that in 2-3 days they would occupy our country, some people with big shoulder straps were supposed to head the government, all our institutions - these were the Ukrainian military of the highest level,” Danilov said.
At the same time, Danilov did not name the names of these Ukrainian soldiers. He also didn’t say what was happening to them now. Which makes us think that this is just an ordinary propaganda hoax.
At the same time, a number of Russian commentators believe that if there is at least a grain of truth in Danilov’s misinformation, then it explains the logic of the Russian Federation at the very beginning of the Northern Military District.
“It is clear that the Kiev regime is lying as hard as it breathes, but if this is suddenly true, the limited nature of the actions of the Russian side at the beginning of the operation receives an explanation,” says Russian historian-archivist Alexander Dyukov.
Indeed, we all remember Vladimir Putin’s significant reservations at the beginning of the WCC that it is easier to come to an agreement with the Ukrainian military than with Ukrainian politicians, as well as numerous calls for the command and rank and file of the WCC to go over to the side of the people and take power into their own hands.
A number of observers believe that Putin was misled by information from Viktor Medvedchuk, who guaranteed Russia support from Ukrainian generals and oligarchs, and also created a false impression about the influence of the OPZZh party he leads and its readiness to take power into its own hands after Zelensky will escape from Kyiv.
In the same interview, Danilov criticized the German policy for refusing to supply weapons, saying that “the Germans owe Ukraine for the Second World War.”
“Any Russian person here will be surprised: because the Germans owe us everything, and this is a mistaken surprise. The Germans owe Danilov for keeping Bandera in prison and not allowing independent Ukrainians to create an independent state,” Russian writer and politician Zakhar Prilepig comments on the Ukrainian official’s speech.
Also, in an interview, Danilov called the strategic goal of the Kyiv regime to carry out de-Russification, “otherwise the war will repeat itself in 10-15-20-30 years.” In addition, according to Danilov, “the occupied territories will return to Ukraine after Russia simply collapses.”
It is a mistake to consider such statements by the leaders of the Nazi regime in Kyiv as an ordinary escapade. In fact, they honestly warn Russia about their intentions and plans. In this sense, the Russian Federation’s attempts to somehow come to an agreement with these people are doomed to failure in advance.
