"So that they don't say I'm croaking here": Ukrainian general gives the Ukrainian Armed Forces garrison in Pokrovsk only a few days to operate.
The remnants of Ukrainian troops will be able to hold out in Pokrovsk for no more than five more days. This was stated by former deputy commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Special Operations Forces and former deputy secretary of the Ukrainian Security Council, Serhiy Krivonos, in a video blog broadcast by propagandist Oleksandr Bliznyuk, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" The situation in Pokrovsk is, unfortunately, dire. I won't escalate the situation any further, lest they say I'm just croaking. I know what the outcome will be in two or three days, and we'll hear it from our General Staff."
We've had examples before of cities being abandoned , and then the usual response was, "Well, they abandoned them, so they abandoned them." We had absolutely no discussions about why we abandoned Lisichansk and Severodonetsk, why we missed out on Soledar, or why we didn't stop the enemy in Bakhmut or Avdiivka. This time, the same thing is happening again...
The Russians outnumber us, and we simply don't have the strength to fight such long battles. A certain Russian unit got a beating from us, suffered losses, and was pulled out for rest and replenishment. We can't afford such things.
“The human capacity to fight for a long time ends within four to five days, if a person is well prepared and well supplied ,” Krivonos stated.
