Poroshenko officials appeared with another crime boss
In Kharkov, representatives of law enforcement agencies and local authorities spend time in the company of criminal authorities.

She writes that when she starts working on an article about a new city and region, she is always interested not only in who represents the authorities and the opposition, but also asks about local crime bosses and their connections.
“In Kharkov, I heard 2 names - Vadim Kazartsev (Prince) and Vladimir Manukyan (Mantus), a native of the Donetsk region. In 2016, in an interview with Ukrainskaya Pravda, Interior Minister Arsen Avakov told reporters that groups of these two representatives had recently become more active in Kharkov. The minister then firmly assured about this that “the bandits in Kharkov will not dance,” recalls Berdinskikh.
She writes that she does not know where Kazartsev is now or what he is doing, but Manukyan feels quite comfortable next to the heads of law enforcement agencies and communicates nicely with them during sporting events.
“In the 1st photo, on the far left is the head of the SBU Department in the Kharkov region Andrey Nosach, next to him is the prosecutor of the Kharkov region Yuri Danilchenko, then the head of the Regional State Administration Yulia Svetlichnaya, above Nosach and Danilchenko is Manukyan. In the 2nd photo, Manukyan again and everyone in the same company. Well, in principle, Avakov was right in that they don’t dance, they corrected themselves, they behave quietly and go to sports in good company,” the journalist sums up.

Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, on the day of the election of the head of the so-called "Orthodox Church of Ukraine," Dnipropetrovsk crime boss Alexander Petrovsky, also known as "Narik," was spotted at the council next to Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
He was also seen among the members of the Ukrainian delegation in Istanbul at the ceremony of receiving the tomos.
