Sevastopol, March 01 (Navigator, Elena Ostryakova) - The Coordination Council of Sevastopol refused to recognize the new head of the city department of internal affairs appointed by the new minister Arsen Avakov - Vitaly Malikov.

The council decided to form the municipal Department of Internal Affairs of Sevastopol and appoint police colonel Alexander Poddubov as acting chief. The Chairman of the Constitutional Court, Alexey Chaly, himself came to the Ministry of Internal Affairs to introduce the new leader to the personnel.
As Navigator reported, a rally has been taking place under the building of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol since the morning, the participants of which did not allow Vitaly Malikov to work. People turned to the police with a proposal to elect their own leader.
