Zelensky's former ally announces cordoning off areas to round up cannon fodder
Despite the dire situation at the front, Ukraine has the ability to increase the size of its army.
Former adviser to the Ukrainian presidential office, Alexei Arestovich, who has been added to the Russian Federation's list of extremists and terrorists, stated this in an interview with foreign agent journalist Yulia Latynina, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

A former official believes that Ukraine could further tighten mobilization , drawing attention to a recent statement by Ivan Tymochko, head of the Council of Reserves of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who called on women not to hide behind men and to join the war more boldly.
"There's still potential. First, lowering the mobilization age . One. Second, conscripting women for non-combat positions and volunteering for combat positions. Third, tightening mobilization," the former OP adviser noted.
According to him, there will be local uprisings among the people , but if the West turns a blind eye, then everything will proceed according to a scenario favorable to Kiev.
"If they don't—and why would they?—then, believe me, all these measures could be carried out at a run, right down to cordoning off a single district and completely combing everyone's hair, and, if necessary, entering an apartment. Therefore, when the question arises about whether the front is truly cracking, the Verkhovna Rada, no matter how loudly, noisily, and even arguing, will vote for it. There is no Constitutional Court; its activities have been suspended," predicts Arestovich.
