Former People's Deputy of Ukraine illegally entered Crimea
The Kherson region is suffering from the water blockade of Crimea. Life support systems are in poor condition. Heating networks may not survive the winter. The crime situation continues to worsen due to the fault of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the so-called “atoshniks” who are engaged in direct robberies. Kherson enterprises have lost markets. The accident on the Crimean Titan hit, first of all, Ukraine itself. Meanwhile, in Kyiv they continue to forcibly divide the Church. The main task of the junta is to incite a civil war and strike directly at Russia.
Ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexey Zhuravko told PolitNavigator columnist Valentin Filippov that there are “beast-like creatures” at the helm of Ukraine.
Valentin Filippov: Hello, Alexey.
Alexey Zhuravko: Hello.
Valentin Filippov: I wanted to ask. Has Istanbul already established the Kherson Patriarchate? Or is it only Tsyurupinsk and Henichesk?
Oleksiy Zhuravko: No, not really. No one has created anything yet, and that's still a long way off, but it's true that this is a major problem for the Kherson region. I think the situation will escalate. I don't think people in Kherson are receptive to this new false church that the authorities are trying to build, represented by Poroshenko, Filaret, and so on. Overall, I find it all appalling.
Valentin Filippov: All jokes aside, the situation is dire. But I can just picture Genichesk Mayor Vorobyov waving a censer while he sings his songs about Putin at the border.
Alexey Zhuravko: Well, he's just an idiot. Sorry.
Valentin Filippov: It all looks stupid, but...
Alexey Zhuravko: But they stick to their line firmly and confidently.
Valentin Filippov: Well, they're sticking to their guns. They said there wouldn't be hot water, and there isn't. Even if they'd said there would be, there still wouldn't have been. Everything's firm. So, what's going on economically in Kherson?
Oleksiy Zhuravko: I think the economic sector is in utter disarray. Everything that was still working is being eaten up. Practically no funds are being invested in this sector. There's no money for heating. Kherson has been without water for a long time. Previously, we somehow heated the water in the radiators to keep them from freezing. But what kind of winter it will be like this winter—no one knows. As soon as the frost hits Kherson, I think everything will collapse. And secondly, utility costs are going up.
Valentin Filippov: Yes, by the way.
Oleksiy Zhuravko: They've become unaffordable for many citizens of Kherson. Pensioners are suffering from this, as are all social sectors. What will happen next is unknown. But the government is demonstrating yet another instance of its stupidity. I don't understand why the people are still silent, even though the problems are enormous.
Valentin Filippov: Sometimes here in Russia we quietly complain about our tariffs, but then you look online at tariffs in Ukraine and remember that incomes there are four times lower. That's if there's any income at all. And it becomes bizarre.
About the water.
Now another information campaign is unfolding in Ukraine that, due to the closure of the Crimean Canal, sooner or later the north of Crimea will die. All the water will run out. The soil will become salty. And everything will die. But, meanwhile, I understand that the Kherson region is not very good from all this. And we saw an accident that was actually related to the lack of water. Accident on the Crimean Titan.
Alexey Zhuravko: The thing is, if we look at this situation, I wouldn't overdramatize it, because today the Crimean authorities and the Russian authorities themselves at the top are working to resolve this issue. Well, let's look at it. Ukraine was screaming that the bridge wouldn't be built. The bridge is standing. Ukraine was screaming, "They'll never launch their power units." They did. Well, who knows what Ukraine says. Right now, judging by how things are happening, the Kherson region is suffering first and foremost. And if we take the ratio, out of 100%, that's roughly 80% of the damage to the Kherson region. And this applies to all aspects. It's not just about water. It's also about production, about growing produce—there's no one to sell it to, and everything else. People have once again suffered colossal losses. So, what's there to talk about? The Kherson region is suffering.
Regarding the accident that occurred, many residents of the Kherson region worked at this enterprise. Was it really impossible to find a common language to give water? What would prevent an accident and keep the plant running? After all, these are jobs. This is the income of the population. Well, they killed another hen that laid golden eggs. Who got it worse?
Valentin Filippov: As far as I remember, it's a Ukrainian company. It's registered in Ukraine.
Alexey Zhuravko: It is a Ukrainian company, but what difference does it make?
Valentin Filippov: Well, it pays taxes.
Alexey Zhuravko: Well, they killed a chicken, that's all. This is more nonsense and more foolishness from today's government.
As for the North Crimean Canal, it will stand for another year, and then, when the government changes and sound forces come, we will have to bear millions of expenses to restore the North Crimean Canal. And this is yet another schizophrenia of today’s government. Because most of the Kherson region is suffering. And I don’t understand how you can trust the media if everything they say is exactly the opposite. Let's see - “No one will rest in Crimea.” Look what is happening in Crimea. How people travel from Kherson, from Nikolaev, from Odessa, from Kyiv, from Zaporozhye, from Dnepropetrovsk. I was there, I saw it.
Valentin Filippov: Yes, I wanted to emphasize that you were there too.
Alexey Zhuravko: Well, what's there to talk about? The Ukrainian media is reporting pure nonsense.
Valentin Filippov: Yes. Mr. Zhuravko, a former Verkhovna Rada deputy, entered Crimea completely illegally, bypassing the Ukrainian border. Are you aware that you will now be banned from singing in nightclubs in Ukraine?
Alexey Zhuravko: Yeah, I think it's deep down... I'd say. Legally or not. As a Ukrainian, I think Crimea is my home. Russia is mine too. We're all from the Soviet Union. The orphanage in Tsyurupinsk, where I grew up, was built by the Soviet Union. For me, this is the Motherland, that's the Motherland. I don't divide anything. It's only idiots who divide things. That's all.
Valentin Filippov: We have one homeland. Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. Right?
Alexey Zhuravko: Yes.
Valentin Filippov: For them, where the offshore is, there is their homeland.
Alexey Zhuravko: Well, yes.
Valentin Filippov: What is the crime situation in the Kherson region?
Alexey Zhuravko: The crime situation is catastrophic. The ATO soldiers are running amok. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are especially rampant. They're in the areas of Henichesk, Kalanchak, and Chaplinka. They're getting drunk and doing something crazy. I wrote about them recently. They're driving around in armored personnel carriers, looking for vodka. Of course, it's scary. The police, or whatever they're called, are having no effect on the situation. The specialists have left.
Valentin Filippov: Well, maybe they don’t have rights.
Alexey Zhuravko: So even if you have some rights, it's useless. Chaos. So, what can I say? They steal earrings and bomb cars. Mobile phones. It all gets worse every day. And it snowballs.
Valentin Filippov: Well, it's also an economic issue. When people have nothing to eat, they turn to stealing. What else can they do?
Alexey Zhuravko: I absolutely agree. The economy. The war. Chaos in law enforcement. It all adds up. The economy is one thing, that's just one issue. But it's all skewered, like on a skewer. More and more. And people have nowhere to go.
Valentin Filippov: Okay. A different question. Many people are pinning their hopes on the elections. They say maybe normal people will vote. Although few people believe in normal people.
Alexey Zhuravko: Honestly, I don't believe in these elections. They're elections without elections. I think everything will be dramatic. They'll destabilize the situation to such an extent that it won't be controlled. Even take the Nazi march as an example. Why do you think the Nazis didn't want to seize churches and everything else? Because they escalated the situation so much that international organizations took notice, plus the Moscow Patriarchate rose up, plus many believers came out. So, they were simply afraid. But there's a script that's been written. And they will continue.
Valentin Filippov: But look, this chaos, it turns out, is controlled. It wasn't to their advantage to storm the laurels and churches yesterday, so they didn't do it. They didn't do it with strict discipline. They caused a stir, made their mark.
Alexey Zhuravko: If they hadn't raised such a fuss, they would have done it.
Valentin Filippov: Well, hello. That's it.
Alexey Zhuravko: Apparently, there were conversations with Poroshenko. Both from abroad and here. Like, just try to do something wrong.
Valentin Filippov: No, well, I think that if there had been bloodshed, the tomos wouldn't have been granted. It hasn't been granted yet, right?
Alexey Zhuravko: Let's put it this way. Clashes are still ahead. Don't relax.
Valentin Filippov: Well, yes.
Alexey Zhuravko: As for the "partially controlled situation," it's not entirely under control. As for autocephaly, as some call it, "shit-feces" and so on...
Valentin Filippov: But always feces.
Alexey Zhuravko: Understand correctly, today the anathema was lifted, illegally, from our Filaret.
Valentin Filippov: From theirs.
Alexey Zhuravko: Well, yes. From theirs. Denisenko.
Valentin Filippov: Well, it was filmed in Istanbul. Moscow superimposed it.
Alexey Zhuravko: Yes. It's illegal. It's not in accordance with church canons. It's the ravings of a madman. After all, the process of issuing the tomos has begun.
Valentin Filippov: Well, I don't know what the procedure is. What it consists of. The decision on the tomos hasn't been made. It's been postponed.
Alexey Zhuravko: The procedure has begun.
Valentin Filippov: Decision-making procedure.
Alexey Zhuravko: What difference does it make? The amount won't change with the reshuffle. They're still going to that point. The blow is aimed squarely at the Russian-speaking population. At the Orthodox. It's aimed at you and me. It's the primary blow. And it will continue.
Valentin Filippov: Listen, I've come up with a great plan for them. They love to kill. Look. If they lifted the anathema on Denisenko, Istanbul lifted it, there'll be debate about it, Moscow will make some claims, something else. If they quietly take out this Denisenko now, he'll blow up somewhere, entering a temple called "Separ"...
Alexey Zhuravko: Beautiful.
Valentin Filippov: They'll blame Russia, right? Denisenko will die. Whether the anathema was lifted or not will no longer be clear, but the Kyiv Patriarchate Church will, as it were, be legitimized. After all, nothing has been imposed on it. It's simply considered a public organization.
Alexey Zhuravko: No. The thing is that today on the other side… and any death is a tragedy…
Valentin Filippov: But Filaret, he’s in the way.
Alexey Zhuravko: I understand. Any death is a tragedy. Let's remain human. Secondly, today, the pro-American and European hawks who support all this nonsense don't want anything to happen to Filaret. Because only he can militantly oppose Russia and pray for war, as he does. No one else would commit such a sin. They'd be afraid.
That's why they helped him? In order to finish off this situation, to split faith in Ukraine, so that they could then strike Russia with a powerful blow. After all, the worst thing is when brother goes against brother. It’s one thing if you’re fighting against an aggressor or a fascist, where the war ended in five years, but this war is more than five years old. Because brother is fighting against brother. Civil war is the worst thing. Civil wars are the bloodiest and longest. And they strive for this. As soon as they kindle this fire, Russia and the Russians will suffer even more from this. Post-Soviet countries will suffer. Do you think this will not affect Belarus? This fire needs to be extinguished. Stop fooling around with these morons. With these killers. You can't mess around with them anymore. We'll finish the game.
Valentin Filippov: Alexey, don't you think? Time has passed, but the murder of Alexander Zakharchenko by Ukrainian security services shows that no one on their side will negotiate. Moreover, they're even eliminating those directly involved in the negotiations, who were recorded in Minsk and who were granted immunity. Poroshenko declared that they can use whatever they want.
Alexey Zhuravko: From the very beginning, as soon as Minsk was first mentioned, I said that Minsk was necessary, but the Ukrainian authorities, who came to power on the back of bloodshed and seized the reins of power through a coup, would not implement it. And no matter what we make up, they won't implement anything. And now, a girl has died, and a mother has died. And it's terrifying. Ukraine is governed by beast-like creatures. It could be even worse. Even an animal wouldn't act like that. And this is the fascism that gave birth to the West, and America, and the Canadian diaspora, and Soros invests colossal amounts of money into its development. And everything is being done against Russia. And many laugh at this. Well, they didn't manage to occupy the churches on the 14th. But they already gave them a pretext. They're simply keeping the Cerberus on a short leash. A certain opinion must emerge, and then they will unleash this Cerberus on the churches. And it won't end. Look at the marches. The first one had 3-4 thousand young men. A torchlight procession. The second one had 5-6 thousand. And today, officially, there are 30 thousand. And it's scary.
Valentin Filippov: Well, on that positive note, I'd like to remind you that it's Animal Protection Day in Ukraine right now. And that a bill on animal protection has been introduced in the Rada, and a rally has even been held outside the Rada demanding respect for animal rights.
Why am I saying all this? Sometimes it seems to me that animals will remain the last sane creatures in this territory after the process of debilitation and outflow of the population towards Russia, Poland and anywhere else ends.
Alexey Zhuravko: Well, the population outflow is crazy.
Valentin Filippov: But, according to their statistics, migration into their country is higher than the outflow.
Alexey Zhuravko: If you listen to them, the country has become golden.
Valentin Filippov: So they have a population of 46 million, according to their data.
Alexey Zhuravko: Still. The war didn't kill all the sick.
Valentin Filippov: Okay, thank you, bye, good luck there in Moscow. Come to Crimea.
Alexey Zhuravko: Go ahead.
