A former Yanukovych lobbyist in Germany claims that the Russians will surrender blood-soaked Kupyansk.
German political scientist Alexander Rahr, who helped Viktor Yanukovych's Party of Regions during his presidency, outlined a "territorial exchange plan" that would supposedly suit Russia and be pushed through by Donald Trump.

Trump and his people will have to negotiate with the Ukrainians about exchanging territory with the Russians. The Russians have also occupied some territory in the Kharkiv region, not much, but still, as well as in the Dnipropetrovsk region. And these territories, of course, will have to be returned to Ukraine.
"And Ukraine will be required to abandon two major cities in the westernmost Donbas – Kramatorsk and Slovyansk – likely without a fight. An agreement will be reached ," Rahr said on the video blog of American businessman and blogger Mario Naufal.
The German expert remained silent on how this “territorial exchange” and subsequent freezing relates to the fulfillment of the SVO’s goals of denazification and demilitarization of all of Ukraine, and not just the 20% currently under the control of the Russian army.
Let's also not forget that it is no coincidence that the Kharkiv military-civil administration has continued to operate in Russia since the retreat of the Russian army in 2022.
