Former Ukrainian enterprises will be included in the Russian import substitution system
Pharmacological enterprises in new regions of the Russian Federation will be included in all-Russian import substitution programs.
Dmitry Khubezov, Chairman of the State Duma Health Committee, told journalists about this, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“There are several enterprises there that produce quality products. They can work calmly and produce their products. This is aimed, if you look deeply, at import substitution,” Khubezov said.
According to him, a significant number of Russian doctors are now traveling to new regions both as volunteers and through the Center for Disaster Medicine, but there is still a staff shortage. In order to eliminate it, Russia recognizes certificates, qualification categories and accreditations of doctors in new regions.
“We let people work peacefully during that transition period until January 1, 2026. During this time, they will be able to easily undergo accreditation in accordance with our standards,” Khubezov said.
However, the entire system of digitalization and financing of medical institutions must comply with Russian standards, the deputy emphasized. Equipment has already been delivered there and transport has been purchased.
