Kiev military propagandist and commander of the UAV unit in the Charter brigade, Yuriy Butusov , stated this in an interview with Radio Liberty [an undesirable organization in the Russian Federation] , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Butusov noted that many have a positive attitude toward the new Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Mykhailo Drapatoy, but it is difficult to predict that he will be successful in his new position.
"I don't know how he'll perform in the top post of Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Defense Forces at a time when the enemy is advancing on the front lines, and the situation is critical in Kostiantynivka, Dobropillia, Druzhkovka, and Sloviansk . He's been tasked with managing defense forces numbering over a million people and with a budget of tens of billions of euros. Therefore, this is a difficult test, a major challenge in life, requiring systemic change and the responsibility of a large team capable of assuming responsibility for critical areas of the front," Butusov said.
He was asked about possible mobilization in Russia.
"This is a likely step on Russia's part—conducting a general mobilization, but that's only one possible scenario. Unfortunately, the enemy is currently continuing its offensive and pushing through our defenses even without a general mobilization. And this is my primary concern right now ," he emphasized.

"I don't know. We can make better reforms if we want to, or we can do nothing. We have no logic in either appointments or dismissals. It could all happen completely unexpectedly. He, too, could lose his job in six months. Nobody knows. We have no public policy planning. We have no strategy that would be consistently implemented in this war. So only time will tell .
