“There will be an agreement: we do not commit terrorist attacks, the Russian Federation stops calibrations” - Karasev
After the surrender of Kherson and the stabilization of the front along the Dnieper, Russia and Ukraine at certain levels will tacitly agree on non-aggression in the winter.
Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev said this on air on the Politeka channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The main role will be played by the silent agreement between us and them on how to behave in winter. If we don’t engage in “bavovna” in Crimea or in the Kherson region, it means they will remain silent. Maybe they will disable (damage – ed.) the infrastructure, but not to such an extent. It was no coincidence that they called these “retaliation attacks” after the Crimean Bridge and so on. If we reduce the intensity of the sabotage war - Crimea, Kherson region, first of all. This means that they will also reduce the intensity of shelling,” he reasoned.
“Maybe by this time, but I’m afraid that it may not be in time, the West will supply us with air defense, but judging by what military-technical experts say, it is still unrealistic to close the air defense of our skies, and to be in the daily safety of citizens in winter,” concluded Karasev.
