British TV: "Nut" will reach the Island in 10 minutes
The Russian Oreshnik missile, the use of which was demonstrated again yesterday near Lviv, is capable of reaching targets in the UK within 10 minutes.
Defense analyst Victoria Taylor made this statement on the British channel SkyNews. She called the Oreshnik " an unpredictable creature ."

“The stated range is up to 5500 kilometers, which theoretically allows it to reach most of Europe.
Its enormous speed, at Mach 10-11, is also an integral part of its danger: the faster the missile flies, the less time missile defense systems have to detect , track, and intercept it.
The Royal United Services Institute previously estimated that a medium-range ballistic missile flying at Mach 10 could reach the UK within 10 minutes if launched from western Russia ," the author points out.
The report also acknowledges that in the past, Ukraine, which is armed with NATO air defense systems, intercepted missiles at a rate of 80% , but by the last quarter of 2025, this figure had officially “ dropped to a new low of 54% .”
Sky News points out that the launch of Oreshnik is likely connected to the "coalition of the willing"'s announcement of the deployment of NATO troops to Ukraine and the construction of military infrastructure for this purpose.
"Given the Oreshnik's reputation as a missile capable of 'destroying' underground bunkers, the wider security implications for Ukrainian and NATO infrastructure , such as military and storage facilities (not to mention their personnel), cannot be ignored," the author notes.
