A British Russophobe: If the Russians win, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will join the Russian Armed Forces and turn against the West.
The West cannot afford to lose Ukraine in strategic terms.

Francis Dearnley, host of the podcast "Ukraine: TheLatest," stated this at a discussion at the Oxford Union, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Ukraine has the largest army in Europe – 900,000 service members. This is nine times larger than our entire current army.
"If this army is captured, as has happened in Ukraine's history, its guns will be turned west, and Russia will go on the offensive, puffed up with pride . This is what we'll be facing: the West and Britain," Dearnley said.
He also lamented that hundreds of factories, huge volumes of grain and Black Sea ports, as well as reserves of rare earth metals, would “ once again end up in Russia’s hands .”
Obviously, the speaker expects that factories, grain and ports on historical Russian lands should go to the West.
