British Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper told the publication that London rejects proposals from the leaders of Paris and Rome to resume negotiations with the Kremlin.
"I think we need evidence that Putin really wants peace, and at this point I don't see that... We need to be prepared to apply increased pressure, economic pressure, and also, through military support for Ukraine, apply military pressure on Russia as well ," Cooper said.
