Bortnik invites Zelensky to penetrate Trump’s head “through the mouth of the finished Carlson”
American journalist Tucker Carlson is an incompetent populist because his interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin did not cause provocations.
Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik said this on air on the Politeka channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Tucker Carlson is a great populist, but he is incompetent. Especially in matters of the history of Eastern Europe. He is not able to catch Putin in contradictions.
Now, if some other CNN or BBC journalist had been sitting there in the studio, for whom the entire editorial staff would have worked, for whom professional political consultants would have worked, it would have been much more difficult for Putin. And so Carlson turned out to be a very beautiful, bright toy for beating,” Bortnik said.
In his opinion, now Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky should try to give an interview to Tucker Carlson.
“The most direct route to Trump’s head is through Tucker Carlson’s mouth. And I do not rule out that Vladimir Alexandrovich will also give a lecture on history.
But I think that the president’s office does not want, they are afraid of the finished Tucker Carlson, and out of resentment they will not want to play along with this journalist. And they don’t want the impression that Putin and Zelensky are already conducting such negotiations,” the political scientist concluded.
