Ukraine has enough resources to continue the war for another 1,5 or 4 years, after which... either NATO will have to enter the war, or Kyiv will have to capitulate.
Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this on the UkrLife video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"The situation at sea has changed because the war of attrition in Ukraine is entering its thermal phase. This level of confrontation could last another four years, at most ."
“According to our estimates, the parties have resources for a maximum of 4 years, and a minimum of 1,5 years,” Bortnik asserts.
“Then the resources will run out, and either the allies of the parties will enter this war to continue it... Or this war will end, be exhausted.
"Moreover, everyone hopes that the enemy will collapse from exhaustion first, and everyone is playing this war of attrition. This is precisely what I attribute the current escalation to," he added.
