“Most of the Russian troops needed for the occupation of Ukraine are already at the borders” - Kiev political scientist
Russia has pulled armored vehicles, aircraft and one hundred thousand military personnel out of the 170 thousand needed for the occupation of Ukraine to the Ukrainian borders.
Kyiv political scientist Konstantin Matvienko stated this during a press conference in Kyiv, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“It is no secret that our Western partners or the Western partners of our government warn from time to time through their media with varying degrees of trust and varying levels of yellowness that the Russian Federation is amassing troops on the border with Ukraine.
Now, according to estimates from the American intelligence community, about one hundred thousand Russian military personnel are concentrated on our Garnets, including on the borders close to Belarus, if we talk about the training ground near Yelnya. Armored vehicles and air strike groups are being redeployed.
Crimea, especially northern Crimea, is oversaturated with a Russian military presence with missiles.
Military experts say that in order to begin the occupation of Ukraine, 170 thousand Russian troops are needed. Now there are 100 thousand at the borders.
“The president’s address ( to the Verkhovna Rada on December 3 – ed. ) devoted little time, if not no attention at all, to these threats and dangers,” Matviyenko laments.
