A soldier of the Svoboda battalion “Sich” was detained in Kyiv for exporting weapons from Donbass
In Kyiv, near the Lesnaya metro station, a soldier of the Sich battalion was detained, who illegally removed explosive devices from the ATO zone.

The press service of the Kyiv prosecutor's office reported this.
“A 25-year-old soldier of the special forces battalion “Sich” was traveling from the ATO zone to his place of residence in the Chernihiv region. When examining his belongings, a bag with two grants and fuses for them was discovered. Also in two boxes of matches there was a substance that was previously determined by experts to be plastid,” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement.
The Goloseevsky District Court of Kyiv granted the request of the investigator of the city prosecutor's office for a preventive measure in the form of detention with the alternative of posting bail in the amount of 96 thousand UAH.
The pre-trial investigation is ongoing. The fighter is suspected of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives.”
