A prominent participant of the Maidan, ATO volunteer Yuri Kasyanov wrote about this on his Facebook, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He also noted that Iran, which has been under sanctions for many years, has a much more developed military industry than Kyiv.
“Full cycles of development and production of almost the entire range of weapons - from small arms and ammunition to drones, fourth-generation fighters, cruise and ballistic missiles.
Accordingly, Iran has its own science, its own professional personnel, its own system for training air defense specialists.
If we, who haven’t even built a cartridge factory during the war years, can do something and manage without Russian officers when servicing air defense systems of Soviet origin, then Iran can do this even more so,” Kasyanov admitted.
