In practice, however, the scheme enriched Ukrainian and Polish officials.
Kotsaba believes that Zelensky proposed something similar to Tusk to do now – but under the guise of “the threat of famine in Africa, left without Ukrainian grain.”
" We understand that as soon as a truck carrying grain enters the European Union, no one will take it any further. They'll immediately sell it for half price ," Kotsaba said.
