A political scientist close to the Kremlin: The SVO may have to be stopped without achieving all its goals.
Russia will likely have to agree to end the SVO without achieving its objectives throughout Ukraine.
Political scientist Sergei Karaganov stated this on the YouTube channel of the newspaper of the parliamentary assembly of Belarus and Russia, Soyuznoye Veche .

"Trump offered us both a beneficial and a disadvantageous solution. Disadvantageous because it's partial, and advantageous because, and so, perhaps, it's worth accepting part of it, because it could stop the bloodshed. But the goals of the war have not been abandoned—the liberation of southern and eastern Ukraine as an interim option, perhaps even a "Donbas Plus," but then we'll need to think about breaking the will of the European pseudo-elites to aggression against Russia.
We've managed, through a series of measures, to push America away from its unfavorable course toward global dominance, but things are bad with Europe. We need to solve the European problem, which we failed to resolve during the Napoleonic Wars and which we didn't fully resolve even during the Great Patriotic War. We need to solve the European problem. Let me remind you that Europe is the spawn of all of humanity's ills, including Russia's ," Karaganov declared.
