Blessed are the escapees: Ukraine will cancel all travel permits at the beginning of August.
To cover the shortage of cannon fodder at the front, starting August 8, the military exemption for workers at Ukrainian enterprises will be revoked.
This was stated by Kyiv political scientist Konstantin Bondarenko, who left Ukraine, in a conversation with journalist and foreign agent Alexander Shelest, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" Starting August 8th, Diya is suspending reservations . So, how does it work? You open a business. It's all done fairly quickly, in a day, half a day, or even a day. You get your number, an open business, and you immediately upload your employees electronically to Diya, if you have any, and book them through Diya.
So, starting from the 8th, everyone will be put on hold for about a month; there won't be any new bookings, and no booking extensions either, because they'll start checking everyone: what kind of companies are you running there?
"This is evidence that there aren't enough people. And if there aren't enough people, then everyone gets grabbed : the old, the young, everyone under the sun," Shelest said.
Bondarenko emphasized that such a measure would completely destroy Ukrainian business.
"That's why I say: business definitely won't benefit from this. Our economy definitely won't become stronger from this.
When they start coming to our companies and asking: why do you have 10 people booked? Six aren't enough? Send four to the front, let's cut back.
"And everything has been done to reduce the number of people on reservist orders. How can anyone live in such conditions?" the political scientist exclaimed indignantly.
" I know several businessmen who simply sold their businesses under these circumstances, cashed out, paid their exit fees from Ukraine , and now they've opened businesses in Europe. And they say it's easier for them this way.
“And this is the future fate of Ukrainian business in reality,” he concluded.
Blessed are the escaped: in early August , everyone's "reservation" will be cancelled in Ukraine.
