Biletsky: Everything is very bad in the security forces of Ukraine
Reforms of the Ukrainian army and police are external in nature, while both the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs remain dysfunctional and corrupt systems.
The leader of the National Corps, militant and neo-Nazi Andriy Biletsky, stated this in an interview with Lviv journalist and notorious Russophobe Ostap Drozdov, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Let's look at two reforms that are considered more or less successful in our country: the army and the police. In the army, we switched to NATO standards, all our educational institutions follow NATO standards, on maps they draw their own people in blue, before they painted them in red, but now they paint their enemies in red.
But the army has huge, not even remnants of the Soviet Union, but worse. NATO is something external - they painted an old car, put new paint on the old peeling one, and from a distance it looks like it’s something new, but there are huge problems in the army,” said the Nazi.
He also noted that Ukrainian police reform has only superficial changes, while the old corrupt system remains inside.
“Have they reformed the police? Yes, I agree that the police have become more polite, that the Prius car looks better than the “Bobik”, because, like a child with a post-Soviet, I saw this “Bobik” and I was scared, now I see the Prius and I’m not scared in in this regard. The police look a little better, their uniforms are better.
But this is the same police system, they understand well and mimic well what the former police service and today's patrol officers are? This is a tenth of the police apparatus, and most importantly the investigators and operatives, and there everything is the same as before, and they work as before, cases are sold and so on,” concluded Biletsky.
