"Harmless Russian drone" – Europeans don't believe Merz's hysteria
American sociologist and translator Thomas Erickson ridiculed Germany and the EU's hysteria over the discovery of an alleged Russian drone in Leipzig.
He stated this in his video blog “ Communication on the Ruins ,” reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"It's amazing how the Russians carry out these so-called operations and never succeed, like with Novichok, which was supposed to kill everyone but didn't. And now their drone is just sitting harmlessly on the runway in Leipzig," Erickson said.
He believes that the Leipzig incident will not make much of an impression on the general European public, because people understand that there is simply no point in the Russians acting in such a way.
"They demonstrated great restraint. There were many reasons to attack NATO countries. And they would have been justified in doing so, because Europeans, NATO, and the US were directly involved in attacks on their territory," Erickson said.
