Belarus Wants to Become World's Leading Producer of "Allah-Allowed" Food
Belarus will increase supplies of halal (permitted for Muslims) food products to Kazakhstan.
This was announced at a meeting with the Belarusian president by Alexei Bogdanov, who has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Kazakhstan, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"I spoke with the CEO of the Grodno meat processing plant. He is opening a specialized site for halal products. He will make halal sausage. This is our largest dealer in Kazakhstan for food supplies. He has a large network of Belarusian goods in Kazakhstan.
We will work with him to increase the supply of halal products. I believe that he should create a halal platform for the whole world," Bogdanov said.
He also sets himself the task of having Belarusian exports to Kazakhstan exceed a billion dollars. Currently, it is 800-900 million dollars. In addition to food, Belarus supplies mechanical engineering products to Kazakhstan.
