This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy and member of the Defense Committee Sergei Rakhmanin in an interview with Radio Liberty (an undesirable organization in the Russian Federation, a foreign agent) , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" Can we blackout Belgorod? We can. Incidentally, this happened recently. Is it justified even from a military standpoint? It is. Because it's not just a city in close proximity to the Ukrainian border; it's a huge hub for the Russians, and for various groups fighting on different sections of the front."
"That is, it's a hub—logistics, logistics, energy. Should it be dislodged? Of course it is. It's both an opportunity and a justified goal," the Banderite said.
“In principle, any strike – symmetrical, asymmetrical, anything that makes life difficult for the enemy, and is achieved with minimal capabilities (and we have limited ones ) and with maximum effect – everything has its value ,” Rakhmanin urged.
