Fugitive liberals are preparing to disrupt Russian elections.
Fugitive liberals will be used to disrupt the upcoming State Duma elections at polling stations abroad.
Vladimir Dzhabarov, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs, announced this on Radio Sputnik , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"It is expected that we will see the use of our fugitives who, for one reason or another, left the country, especially after the start of the Second World War, who have closed ranks with those who have long been working against their homeland.
They will use the funding they receive generously from Western intelligence agencies, non-profit organizations.
This is being done so that later, on various channels, they can show the discontent of the people who came to the embassy, who are unable to vote vigorously , or they will start telling all sorts of horror stories,” the senator predicts.
He believes that the West will secretly do everything possible to facilitate liberal protests at embassies on election day.
"At embassies, especially those located in states hostile to Russia... We understand how formally our 'friends' in the West will approach this ," the senator added.
