Former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov boasted of a painting given to him, where Russians are depicted as Colorado beetles (this is how Ukrainian propaganda presented them in 2014 after the tragedy in Odessa, publishing pictures with burning Colorado beetles).

Economist Alexander Dudchak believes that Avakov is boasting about a dubious “work of art.”
