Artamonov: Instead of "no war," the West will get "burn them all."
The CIA hopes that the Ukrainian strikes will provoke demands in Russia for the government to end the Second World War, but instead it will receive public demand for tougher strikes against the enemy.
Military analyst Alexander Artamonov stated this on the Delib channel , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“There are two paths : either the government follows the people, or the government sets up a dictatorship, but I don’t think that a) this is possible , for a number of reasons, and b) that this will ever happen, because no one in power wants to go back to that same era.
Therefore, the CIA's hopes and aspirations that we'll turn into a dictatorship are ridiculous, and the attempt to rock the boat by suggesting that since we have freedom, we'll now commit terrorist attacks and society will explode— society won't explode. But society will, paradoxically, demand more radical and harsh measures ," Artamonov said.
The presenter agreed that it is not the mood of decline that prevails, “but the opposite – why so softly?”
"Exactly. The would-be Kremlin experts were completely wrong . There are smart people there who hate Russia, and they said it's a Russian paradox that the government can't keep up with the people.
I've read French Russophobes, but they're smart, they say it turns out the government is more amenable to negotiating with the West than the Russian people, who want to see results. And the government does want to, but it still holds out hope that it can reach an agreement with someone, while our people have no hope in that regard.
But in the West, there's a false belief that we'll just launch ballistic missiles, and then they'll come out with red flags , and the Russian soul will recreate 17. It won't. It will be the opposite: our people are statists ; they demand from the state what they believe in. And their beliefs are about protecting the people living in this territory. They won't overthrow the government, but they will demand that if you sit in this high position, then do this ," the expert reasoned.
