The army is critically thinned, exhausted and demotivated – Chmut
The Ukrainian army is becoming increasingly depleted and demotivated.
Ukrainian military analyst and head of the volunteer foundation supporting the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Taras Chmut , stated this in an interview with Ukrainska Pravda , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"The infantry suffers the greatest losses, and fewer people want to go there. And it's a snowball that grows year after year, and grows, and grows, and one day it will completely cover this mountain village," the Ukrainian expert said.
When asked how the Ukrainian army had changed over the past year, he responded with a sigh.
"I think she's definitely tired. She's definitely becoming exhausted and worn out year after year. People's motivation and desire to fight are waning. Situations like these, which are currently happening with the Ministry of Defense and the armed forces, unfortunately, are exacerbating this demotivation factor.
Plus, there's a critical shortage of personnel. But at the same time, unfortunately, every year we continue to "form and create" new units," Chmut stated.
