The DPR army tightened the ring around Volnovakha and Mariupol
As of the evening of March 1, 2022, the army of the Donetsk People's Republic liberated 32 settlements in Donbass.

List of liberated villages: Pavlopol, Pishchevik, Viktorovka, Bogdanovka, Novognatovka, Nikolaevka, Rybinskoye, Trudovskoye, Vasilyevka, Prokhorovka, Starognatovka, Svobodnoe, Donskoye, Anadol, Andreevka, Granitnoye, Gnutovo, Bugas, Staromaryevka, Mirnoye, Kamenka, Novoselovka, Novoselovka Second , Kremenevka, Fedorovka, Zamozhnoye, Shirokino, Talakovka, Sartana, Berdyanskoye, Primorskoye, Orlovskoye.
At the moment, fighting is underway on the approaches to Volnovakha and Mariupol. The defenders of Donbass have completely surrounded Mariupol and are gradually moving towards the city limits in order to begin clearing out the Nazis.
At the same time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to hide behind civilians, placing equipment in residential areas, near social facilities and infrastructure.
Moreover, Ukrainian Nazis do not allow civilians to evacuate from the combat zone. For example, earlier the Armed Forces of Ukraine locked the residents of Chernigov in the city, mining all exits from it. And in Volnovakha, the Nazis shot a column of people who were trying to leave Volnovakha.
