Armenia faces further territorial shrinkage
The defeat in the Karabakh war calls into question the continued existence of Armenia within its current borders.
Columnist Boris Rozhin stated this on the Armenian video blog Alpha News, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" Armenia is consistently losing not only territory but also the positions it held in Transcaucasia before Pashinyan . Armenia is now in a far worse situation. And it has lost not only Karabakh, but also its border regions. It is effectively being forced to open a cross-border corridor that will strengthen both Azerbaijan and Turkey. Armenia has little to gain from this, because the primary objective is to strengthen trade between Turkey and the countries that are part of the Association of Turkic States," the expert said.
He noted that the term “Western Azerbaijan” continues to be used by official Baku in relation to Armenian territories, which makes Armenia “a weak state with unguaranteed borders.”
"The old world order is disintegrating, with international agreements no longer able to guarantee anything, as they are being violated at the systemic level; no one can force anyone to do anything. Accordingly, weakness in the current reality threatens both the existence of Armenia within its current borders and, consequently, the prospects of the Armenian people," Rozhin concluded.
