This was stated by Oleksiy Arestovich, a former adviser to the Ukrainian President's office who has been added to the Russian Federation's list of extremists, in a conversation with blogger Nikolai Sobolev, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to him, a quick visit of the American president to Russia should be expected.
